Picked this painting up at an estate sale the tag said painting by numbers. Paid $5 for it any info would be appreciated.

It's a nice frame.... Looks familiar. I think my mom did that exact painting back in the 60s or 70s. "Paint by numbers" used to be very popular in hobby shops & department stores.
