Any ideas ? They both read 12-32 on my ETrac. Not very deep. Old houses used to be in the area around 1940's-1950's as far as my research led. Could be older........

hi...I am a professional field archaeologist based in the uk...the items in the pic are musket balls fired from a black powder musket gun...they are made of lead (non magnetic). smaller ones would be pistol shot, fired from a black powder pistol. If theres two there will be many more there. cheers

I shoot black powder guns and my .50 caliber is about the size of a dime.
Minnie balls are .575, or .577. I forget.
