I was at my friends today he wanted me to check some of his coins with the red book and i came acroos a 80's penny that was made from the wrong metals like maybe from a clad dime metal or something to that effect and i looked it up in the error section of the book and couldnt really figure out a price anyone out there have any clues to a possible value range on something like that?

Post a pic of the coin so that someone, maybe me, can determine if it is really an error. If it is struck on a clad dime, probably about $500. If not plated with copper (meaning the coin is grayish), maybe $100 in nice condition.
