Permission to Hunt an Old House = Barber Dime!

Anytime I can get permission to hunt private property I'm on it, especially if its old. Today I was able to get permission to hunt a house built
in the 1940's. I started my hunt on the front yard only finding a couple of wheaties and some Lincolns. I then worked my way to the back and side yards
and dug a 1916 barber dime at one inch! Continuing my hunt after the barber only yielded a few more Lincoln cents. So sometimes getting permission can pay off!
It turned today to be an OK day!

Beautiful find! I've only got 2 Barber dimes to my name. Not sure why they are so scarce for me. I've got 6 Barber quarters. Super cool coin man! Neat to get one from the final year of the series too.

Thanks washingtonian! I'm just the opposite...Today's barber dime was my 43rd one dug, I only have 7 dug barber quarters ...
