Nice. I believe it is a mano, not pestle, although you don't have picture of just the ends, from what zi can see blowing picture up not seeing the wear you would expect for pestle.

I really like what you have done with the frame. The pottery with the swirls is my favorite type to find and is rare in my area. It’s called the circle of life. It’s a Mississippian type of design. The game piece in the middle is also from the same time period.

it seems to be a naturally formed stone that subsequently could have been utilized. I see a lot of those sorts of things.
