Petrified Wood?

Hi all, found this yesterday near the Monongahela close to Pittsburgh. Not sure if it is petrified wood but it looks like it could be. Any ideas if it is and if it isn't what it could be?

I don't see any wood grain or texture. Maybe better images are necessary.

Looks more like bone to me

It does not resemble petrified wood, but it looks like porous limestone.
