Phacops rana and rana milleri

I posted these recent finds inside another thread. The enrolled example is rana milleri from the Silica Shale in Ohio. The others (rana) I collected in New York and were prepped by a friend of mine. The enrolled milleri is just as I found it. I will post some other new finds as soon as I get my camera charger back from a friend.

Thanks. The localities that those trilobites came from often contain articulated specimens.

Thanks everyone. I found a plate recently in New York with five Phacops all laid out perfectly. They are all touching. I need to post a photo. It is really a neat piece.
