Well I finally was able to swing by and pick up the 18kt gold Piaget from the thrift store. Paid $750 and originally was going to flip it but I am now going to give it to my daughter sometime in the future. Great classic design. Reference 9005 Dancer and running great with the original strap and 18kt gold clasp.

Wow! I can't believe somebody donated that to a thrift store.

I am fortunate that my beach vacation community is a big retirement area and has a lot of thrift stores. I love coming down. Always great stuff!
