PICS of Our Last Dig of 2007.... what a GREAT day!

Well.... today, I decided to gather up a few of the kids and head back to where my wife and I found that wagon wheel hub on Saturday (see below entry titled, "A Lucky Find". Sure enough... after some sloshing through creeks and digging through mud and clay, we discovered what must be part of the wagon that the hub came from. Its hard to tell, but this curved plank was in the exact same place as the hub Anh and I found. After finding that.... the kids and I covered quite an area around the creeks but came up empty. All in all.... it was a great way to end the year. Here are some photos taken with my cell phone camera. Happy New Year to you all and may 2008 be full of health and happiness.
