Pipe Bomb, Gold & Silver & Diamonds, Oh and a Token!
Hey guys, had one of the best, if not the best days detecting today.? I went back to the park where I found the 1943 merc and a bunch of clad, and I found 2 more wheaties from 1944, and now have found all three from that year a D, a S, and a no mint mark one in that park.? ?I have now found a total of five wheaties there.? I also found an old button, a "casino rama" gaming token, and 1.79 in clad.? There is still plenty of area left to search in my new "Honey Hole".? I found the pipe bomb in the same park as the 1901 barber awhile back, but forgot to post it.? I also found someones keys today, and it has a county market grocery store tag on it with an id code, so I think I will call them tomorrow, and try to get ahold of the owner.? Won't they be in for a surprise lol.? The two rings "silver and gold" were less than a foot apart, so I am assuming they once belonged to the same owner.? The one with the red stone I also found today, but it is gold plated costume jewelry.? The gold one has a diamond stamped next to the 10k stamp, so they are real diamonds.? I sure hope there are alot more goodies left there, judging from what I have found so far, I would have to say I am sure there is.? Enjoy guys and happy hunting.
