according to a report on CNBC, Slovak security place 3 ounces of plastic explosive in a passengers
bag without him knowing, who then got on a plane in Ireland.
now they're claiming there was no danger because a detonator wasn't attached
so, I guess this means we can carry plastic explosives on board as long as we don't have a detonator ?
