They look like shanties, or fishing shacks.

Request for Photo Dowsing

Red-desert

I am sending another photo (attached) of the same area with comments. Please try again and take your time for accuracy. I already know which house is alleged to have some gold buried but we don't have the equipment to detect if it is true.

If you point to the right house then there must be something there. Again, this is not to test your dowsing skills but a request to determine if there is anything there at all.

Thanks so much.

Coin Fetcher - Yes you are right the boom houses are shanties on stilts on top of shallow sea by shoreline.

Looks like the white line goes right through where the signal was earlier. I'll take time to mark the hit now. If another house, then your spot might not have it.

Even if not the house you wanted checked, it still could be there. Dowsers don't always find everything the first 1-2 times checking.

Can your rangertell detect anything anywhere? I was going to buy one but I read a lot of super negative feedback on the Internet. I guess only those who have used it can really tell, right? It's always the user reviews that count not the sales pitch.

There is a lot of highly priced gold detectors but hardly any user reviews. I wonder why? It would be a waste of money to buy these expensive gadgets just to find out it cannot help one detect deep stuff. We are going for Japanese Army buried treasure not just coins.

"We are going for Japanese Army buried treasure not just coins. The house belongs to my wife's family so it's okay if you don't participate. As soon as they decide to demolish the house we are gonna go and check with a GPR. I don't know a thing about map dowsing or photo dowsing. I read about it and was curious enough to ask anyone to see if they could confirm. Red-dessert was kind enough to assist me."-------so it was Japanese Army buried treasure you were looking for?

Correction, this is a different photo than I thought was marked here. The tunnel might be either empty or filled in, at least sealed well. Since the houses are clearly visible, the story is a Japanese source, my dowsing results will be handled by PMs and email.

Some of the known Japanese tunnel locations (such as in the Philippines), I think were filled in and things or objects left inside possibly meant for to mark the location in case needed later.

But, still could be just Japanese artifacts or other objects they buried. In the field area above I'm picking up some artifact areas.

Yes Art, the signal was weak, I haven't really gone over it with serious dowsing.....but my first results were like an excavation hole dug by treasure hunters or a filled in tunnel. Still need to check it more,
