2nd - I moved ya from HELP! over to ROCKS/GEMS for more exposure.

Quartz, yes, but not a conglomerate. Mostly massive with some vuggy area's. I cant tell what the orange/brown mineral might be in the vug area's but its secondary to the quartz host rock. Maybe calcite?
