Can somone please help to find more information about the author of this painting .
I didn't find anything about him at Internet ,probably because thus is not a popular work of art. The painting to me is drawn with temper not oil paint. It is signed by R.Rempfer ,1947 .
The size is 44 x 34 cm. I think that the frame is also from the same period. Any assistance would be much appreciated.
