So I was looking on ebay to see if I could find anything good and I'm realizing that you can tell that a coin is a proof quickly just from looking at it since it shines differently than non proof coins. So it ends up that I had a proof half and didn't even know it (I haven't been checking for mint marks) I'm not sure where it ended up but I have a feeling I dumped it already..

How much are they worth? Hopefully I still have it

Most clad proofs aren't worth more than a buck or two in impaired condition like you would find in a roll. Most Hunters keep them because they are cool.

Yep, the demand for clad US proof sets is nearly non-existent today except for a handful of years. I've seen dealers offer less than the face value of the coins to people with clad proof sets! It would have been better for them to have spent them at face value. Silver proof sets on the other hand are a different story...
