Went back to my new spot with my buddy and my big coil in the rain. Weird place, lots of spoons, anyway, my buddy popped a 1900 barber dime and a IHP, only coin I got was a beat up holed KGII and a sterling thimble-cap looking thingie, not sure what it is, I gotta straighten it out. I also got 2 of my favorite Relics, bale seals and a ton of other non discript brass and copper crappola.

Nice finds. I found something very similar to your thimble cap object, and looks to be about the same size. Does yours have holes in the top like mine? I'm not very good at identifying objects, but I was thinking some sort of salt or pepper shaker top. Is that a possibility for yours? 20201028_221954.jpg

No holes. I found another sterling mark smashed piece close by as well that has hallmarks, I’ll try to figure it out later today

The thimble looking thingy has some writing on it. Can't make it out though.

Looks like a fun place to hunt all the spoons could be an old camp. Glad you had fun and cool finds.

I have found some mutilated KGs. I figure the colonists were down of the crown and took a swing at the king. Or maybe they were just bored....
