possible 1700's cufflink

So i found what looks like a very old cufflink there is some design on it but it is very difficult to make out what the design is. On the back you can see where the eyelet use to be.

Cool find! Try putting a little more light on it and get a closer pic, kinda hard to see detail on it.

I found it in the woods near a baseball field however the area i found it in was at the very top of a ledge that went into a ravine next to an old tree. There wasn't alot of woods to detect.
