2 union suit (under garment) buttons
1 unknown button?
-(Possibly a confederate floral button)-
-(Or maybe just a plain dandy button)-

All dug on private property on the main line works of our local battlefield!

What does the back of the button look like? I looks older than the Civil War era to me.

That looks like a BENEDICT & BURNHAM backmark probably dates to 1834 or so.

I think you are most definitely right! I can totally see “Benedict & burnham” now that I know what to look for!
