Take a look at a Genesee type point, E. (...a size reference on your photo would help here...) Here's a photo of one from the NYs Museum website, originally from Ritchie's study.

Notice how the shoulders look similar to yours? And a nice square stem? Just my best guess. More info here:

Genesee's are very old, and very cool. Nice point you have there! Here's one of mine, about 4 inches long:

Just adding my thoughts and observations here.
OntarioArch noted that size matters with the Genesee ID, and I agree it does. The point seems to small and thin for that relation.

A possible ID may be a point called BARE ISLAND. Note size, stem shape variations and lack of grinding on the base.
