Holy cow River Rat, that's spring here in Ohio. I was it was that warm here. I'd be out in a tee-shirt.

I think we bottomed out at -34 with wind chill tonite(sat into sun). It's a little brisk, tough on the lips and the nips.

and lead to hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
Wind chills to 35 below zero will continue across the region
through Monday morning. Wind chills this low can cause frostbite
in 15 to 20 minutes. Although wind chill readings will ease this
afternoon... they are expected to fall back to very low levels
again tonight into Monday morning.
