Preform? Chopper?? Nothing???

Hey guys, It's been raining pretty good here for the last few days and I thought I'd make a run to the Sulpher River. Water's still up a bit so I didn't find much but I did run across this. I'm thinking it's a preform, but... Take a look and let me know what you think. By the way, the toe bone(?) in the last pic I found yesterday as well. Thanks, Razor

It does appear to be a utilized flake / spall. However, I HAVE seen natural edge chattering occur that will mimic flaking before (in fact, it's somewhat common in some exposures).
