I'd call that a beaked scraper. Check out the steep bevel at the "beak" in pic2.

Thanks, I was thinking that's what it could be but I'm not the most knowledgeable person, trying to learn though:)

I would say absolutely a scrapper tool. Make pics of all your finds. I would enjoy seeing them.

It looks like he started to make a biface but got stuck with that hump on one side. So, since it won't work for a biface it goes into the scraper pile. Gary
