Presidency Medals

Purchased some silver coins from a guy and he had these 2 Presidency Medals. He asked if I wanted them and I said sure, so he gave them to me for free. But now I can't find them anywhere on the net or in the red book to ID them. They have Certificates of Authenticity but that doesn't mean anything. When I go to the US Mint web site all I can find are Bronze medals. Does anyone know what these are? Are they legit? and what is rough value$? Thank you for your help.

I would guess in the $15.00 to $30.00 range. If the coins are silver and not clad. If clad, much less.
