President Coin and Kool button....Both 1st finds,,,, PICS INSIDE

There is a home down the street from my house that has been abandoned and the grass is growing tall.I stopped by to see if anybody knew about the home.Well i got no answers but i did detect a little bit.And i found a kool button in great shape and an even better find in this president coin or token.Well i think there good finds .Can someone help me identify them...Thanks for looking
