I was metel detecting yesterday and after an hour of finding nothing i decided to head home that's when I got a good signal and dug up a 1958 wheat penny it mad my day because i was so down cause i couldn't find anything

Grats on the Wheat Digitup.I used to never find wheats but once in a while.I have found more in the last 2 months then i have in five years.Two and three in the same hole at times.I think it must be that i'm useing Whites XLT now and may have passed over them more often before,But I also have been hunting older yards and lots this year.Have found 11 this week from one lot.HH

It seems to work that way for me, I hunt for an hour or two and get upset and ready to go then I dig something good!
