I've got it.....sand casting mold. Press this into sand, holes let air out. Remove rubber mold, pour molten aluminum & bam, exact copy. Still not sure about thin aluminum excavator or welder blocks but lathe, chainsaw & saddle are completed examples Last edited: Apr 20, 2019
