Print plate yard find

Did another quick hunt in the yard and found this plate, looks like some sort of flag.

That's a beautiful find!
Is it brass or copper and will you be able to clean it up any better to get more detail?

Thanks. Not sure of the material. It's a thin plate over what looks like lead. It's pretty wore out dont think I can get any more detail.

Im sure its copper plated Lead...thats a cool find. You should see how much detail is left by doing a rubbing
