I know that if I point my Garrett Pro Pointer at the coil on my TDI I get interference, even if the pinpointer is turned off (it's the ferrite rod).
So I would say anything is possible.

Id say yes my pro pointer does when its close to my v3i it does make the v go a little crazy so if I think im gonna b using a probé for a while looking for a target ill use the sunray instead

I have the same issue with my Vx3. But only with the D2 coil. ALL my other coils are unaffected by the Pro Pointer.

In the manual for my Detector and my pointer it says stay away from electrical interference such as each other.
Oh yeaa interference:) can't use em both at once anyhow rather finding or pointing. And the metal in them both??

Can a probe, hurt or interfere with your metal detectors performance ? Example; I have a cz 70 pro with an fz1 probe. :skullflag:
Your FZ 1 can, like the rest probes on the same coil wire. Bets to use probes separate from detectors. If you suspect something wrong take it out.

Check to see if your CZ will except an in-line probe from Sunray............

I asked if the sun ray X -1probe was compatible with the Safair he said yes but they no longer manufacture the X-1 and there will be no future X-1 updated. He told me a used one would be my only option.

The FZ-1 is Sunray's inline probe for the CZ.
Thanks a4w - Not up on the CZ'z in-line probe -I have an E-Trac with the Sunray probe and have never had any interference or problems. But man does it work out nice!
