The first show was pretty good. It was in 'English' and no tree humping. They were looking for gem stones in that one. You got the feeling that you were really out there, not that they were lining up for the next camera shot. Check it out. Frank

Cool show for sure, would love to do something like that on vacation for a day, be a grunt and take home a nice sample as they were finding lots of great looking gems.

My family and I have gone to nearby Herkimer diamond mines there not actual diamonds but are a blast to dig

There is a small fee but you take anything you find. I've also read about other places with different deposits that do the same thing
