Hi I love puddingstones, and have amassed quite a collection over the years, from living around lots of farm land.
Was wondering if anybody else collects conglomerates also
And if so would you mind sharing pics of them in this thread.
I plan on taking a bunch of pics soon, one of the neatest puddingstone I have found is a heart shaped one that is full of roundish yellow and white quartz, dang thing just about crippled me as it weighs about 200 pounds.

Hey BC1969, you need a backhoe for them bigun's- haha. Did not know what a puddingstone was- boy is that neat. By their descriptions of make up and final deposit from glacial advances it reminds me of the slag impurities that form on top of melting metal. Could there be gold or silver deposits in the area. I'm not a rockhound but like I said I had not heard of these before- learn something new everyday and no one will fault you for having rocks in your head.
