I 'd been trying to get out for some time now but the rain had me down. Well I couldn't take it no longer so I went to a house just down the road for a fix.

Not alot but I did pull in this purse top clasp, now I really got hyped so I rechecked the hole and had a good tone. Just under the clasp was this two heart charm with "1953" on it. 19 on one heart and 53 on the other.

I got it cleaned up last night and this afternoon I'm going back to see the couple that live there. Both are in their late 60's and the man grew up in that house. He has two sisters so I hope it turns out to belong to one of them. we'll see.

sorry so long. thanks for looking and HH

Good find. Too bad there were no coins in it. But, hopefully it belonged to one of those folks, and they will have a
"happy dance" when you return it to them. Should bring back a lot of memories, if it is theirs.
