I stopped at the bank this morning to drop off some rolled dimes and get a new box to go through. The teller and I struck up a conversation and I asked her if they had any old currency. She said I missed it by a day, and that she had given out $170 in circa 1950s currency (story of my life). She then asked if I like old coins and said she had been saving some rolls she had gotten in. She laid three rolls of quarters and a roll of dimes on the counter. She tore open the dime roll and...solid 1964, which she then sold to me. I bought the quarters on the spot. I was sure they were going to be bicentennial. However to my shock, three solid rolls of silver quarters! :hello2: That is the most silver quarters I have ever gotten at once. Needless to say it made my day.

Oh yeah, the box results: 1 1964 and 1 1953 Roosevelt.

I will take some pics and post. The quarters are actually a mix of dates, the oldest being 1936. This is a great hobby~
