quattro question

if i noise cancel over iron like nails or whatever, will it cancel all that stuff out and let me pick up good signals? thanx

No it will not . Noise Cancel is used for when there is electrical interference , like under ground or over head power lines , or any other unstable enviroment . It's basic funtion is that it searches for the most stable search channel for the area your searching in . When I start detecting where ever I go , I turn on the machine and then press the Noise Cancel button . When it cycles through from 10% to 100% your ready to search . The machine is now adjusted to it's current enviroment . If you want to reject a target like Ferrous objects ( Iron , Nails , etc ) your gonna have to manualy reject them . Look in your Quattro User Manual and turn to page 21 Discrimination . This will walk you through step by step how to discriminate ( reject ) any or all trash . It's very easy good luck .
