Question about detecting Mobile city parks

Anyone had problems while detecting Mobile city parks? Are there any laws concerning artifacts that I should be aware of? Anyone know which parks are the oldest? Any info Daphne parks? Thanks

Bienville Square is the oldest but you will get a ticket if you try. The beach at the Fairhope Pier is a good place for old coins and Indian Pottery.
