Only had about three hours this morning before I had to do some things around home for the "Boss". Went to an old house site that I've only been to once. Didn't find a lot but it was a nice morning. Found a buffalo nickel, a button and a lead disk with a small hole in it. Found a brass tag with a mans name and the name of a town about 40 miles from where I found it. Also found a hanging scale and the usual junk. Thanks for looking and kiss your mother tomorrow if you got one. uploadfromtaptalk1462644556880.jpg uploadfromtaptalk1462644563571.jpg uploadfromtaptalk1462644568737.jpg

Your hunt sure went better than mine! Congratulations! Love them Buffalos! Best thing I got today was a toy helicopter. :tongue3:

Nice finds man. Perhaps that holed lead disk was repurposed as a sinker?

Your day went better than mine. I spent the day as an auto mechanic. I HATE being an auto mechanic. Too many 4-letter words!! :censored:

Gotta love those finds with a name like relic nut. The carriage tag is sweet.

Good finds. All I usually get to call a quick hunt is 30 to 60 minutes if I'm lucky. Three hours would be nice! [emoji2]
