Hi all,Starting to get really hot here. Today i went down behind the local vets , there a building addition in progess. because theres no place on the site for the materal and fill, its been dumped on public land.so i have a right under the law to md this materal for gold. 'Miners right" gives me the right.First theres to types of ground unnatural and natural Unnatural ground is the surface soil desturbed by human activity by different means over time. natural ground is the reverse. Generally in construction pipe and founditons are dug into a required depth which goes down to natural ground. Often when you look at the fill piles you can see the process and the colour between the two is quite different.
In my case clay is clearly brighter colour.Ok there are the ruins of old hard rock mine near by but the only visable sign are the engines concrete beds and crushing mounts. I also checked out the unnatural fill there was evidence of an old chimney [sandstone base blocks and hand made bricks and few shards of glass and 19th century pottery but not enough to warrant a full search of the heaps. Now i have selected about part of the pile of natural ground and switched the GPX on and within a minute got a clear signal. Passed about 4 pices of clay clumps over the md and 5 got you. broke down quickly passed over coil. This reduction save time. .8 of a gram in 40 minutes
