Let me start by saying that I have been a member of this forum for years, and I want to thank everyone for all the info and sharing all the wonderful finds.

My interest in gold started over 20 years ago with a program on TV. Since then I have prospected and mined in Alaska, Yukon, and Quebec. I don't get out too fare from home anymore, but still enjoy metal detecting.
I'll post some of my own finds soon.

Thanks again evryone!

Years ago I have used a White's Goldmaster for nugget hunting in AK, Yukon, and in parts of Quebec.
I live in the northeast, and don't get out as much as a use to, so now I use a White's XLT for general purpose detecting.

...Thank you everyone for the warm welcome!
