Detecting tonight at an early 1900's house site that had been recently demolished. Buddy and I started up after work. First signal was very strong - kicked up the spot - out rolls an old grey tennis ball from back in the day. It kept signaling as a target - so I picked it up and pryed where it had been x'd open......Full of coins ...Finally a Cache!!!! I was shaking when I showed my friend...then I started pulling them out...101 Memorial Pennies, 11 recent Nickles, 11 clad dimes ...123 coins, --oh well, $2.66 towards batteries, I guess...

Looks like you found Rover's rainy day money.... If the dog is stashing coins, certainly his owner must have as well. Keep on searching.... HH
