Railroad RW/Beach

I drive by this area almost everyday, its a strip of property to small to develop. It sits between the railroad and the beach, probably 100 yards long and 200 feet wide. Not sand mostly compacted dirt. I never see any one on the property other than a homeless person once and a while. The railroad in this are was built around 1928, the beach was one of the first popular beaches in the 50's.

I spent a couple hours there this morning and came up with a great find. Check out the 1942 half dollar, the coin looks like it has been sitting in the same spot for 60 years, really nice.
