I'm with you, Liu21....after waking up to -9 degrees on Sunday morning, its now pouring rain and 50 degrees up here in Boston. I just want the snow to be gone and the ground to be diggable. Hopefully, I can get out to do some detecting this weekend. Good luck and HH.
Im gonna go hit a park tomorrow and see if the ground thawed enough to dig, if not Sunday will be a day for a full days hunt. Going to hit Fort Greene Park, since the park dep. added it to the list of detectable parks.
Nights in the 50's - sunny days with the high in the upper 60's and no rain here in south east Texas. I think a cold front will be blowing in early next week. Good luck on your MD hunt.
Ground is frozen.... Checked outside my apartment... guess the ground never had the chance to thaw, temp dropped to mid 30s to 40s... I doubt Sunday is going to be a detectable day now, although it would be a awesome bday present if it is....
