I don't understand it either.
My phone by itself, won't focus closer than 4 inches or so. But when that loupe lens is over it, it focuses at the same distance as the loupe.
I lay the phone on whatever I need to so that the loupe is at the perfect distance. No shake that way.

Neighbor across the street is getting solar panels on his roof. The front ones may work ok, but the back of the house has some very old, very tall oak & maple trees....not too sure he's going to get all the solar power he signed up for.

I make those souvenir bottles and they are sold in two gift shops in my town. Also have bottles that have agates, fools gold, redwood tree seeds or sea glass. I live in a summer tourist town.

Chris.. I don't know what camera that you use for watching the eagles.. But check out the zoom capability of this camera.
Amazing.
Back in the day, if you wanted that zoom on say a Minolta maxxum 9000,you'd need a 2000mm lens. A four or five figure lens!
