Got denied my first permission from the property owner. Husband was going to let me and the wife wasn't having any of that.

Tom,

Good luck restoring those wind turbines....lol. Kind of ironic when you think the old fashion windmills are still standing after 100's of years in some places and the latest technology models go through meltdowns. Go figure....:laughing7::laughing7::laughing7:

About a dozen of the coins, in fact, are among the best surviving examples of their kind.

Anyone come forward and try to claim it was theirs. Saw that with a few gold bars in Germany found by a local police officers daughter. First someone with no integrity came forward after it hit the papers; about par for the course there, folks with integrity get screwed in Germany all the time, hence all the good ones leaving each year. LOL

Then police gave him some crap, he did 20 years and resigned during the mess. He was even threatened that he would never see anything of those bars again if he left.

Cop and his family moved to the US. Told them he did not care.

My guess, hiss daughter found more than one. LOL

Would it be an wise investment to upgrade my coil for my Ace 300? The one i have now is standard.

Randy,

For what it's worth the larger coils generally give you a bit more depth and greater area coverage. The downside is they are not as good at target separation so it's a bit of a tradeoff.

The larger coil would probably give you an edge at heavily hunted sites where even just a bit of depth would give you an edge.

NO, do not invest on another coil for your 300. I am sure your 300 has been a good machine for you, it has been good for many of folks. But I would say it is time to step forward on an all new machine. My suggestion would be to go more simplistic and far more powerful than what you are use to. Not a AT Pro, AT Gold pr AT Max.

People get tend to get brand stuck far too often; my son did this with the AT series and then went over to a Minelab CTX before he was really happy. My 12 year old daughter went from the AT Gold to the Tesoro Cortez and loved it.

My son had sent me the test page link Tesoro Metal Detectors - Official company web site with metal detector models for treasure hunting land or water. for the Cortez and said he is buying one now as well.
