After about ten retakes, I finally got my video intro right. After an hour and a half of detecting...zilch. I have to wait until the winter rains come, to get good signals.

Walked over to a store one day and a blue heeler followed me home. He attached himself to my old man. He was a great dog- the breed seems to be a one man dog. Very loyal and protective.
I think they shouldn't have their tails bobbed like some do.

folks,

Snapped some pictures on my morning walk.

It always amazes me how resilient nature is a couple of large lombardy poplars were cut down last fall.

You can see where they are both producing lots of suckers to regrow.

The next few shots are some trees which have a lot of their roots exposed from the spring flooding not only are they surviving but thriving go figure.

The next couple of pictures a nice floral display in the park, some rowers lining up for a competition and the green bean I started fermenting a few days ago. The water is cloudy and bubbly at the top so it's doing what it supposed to do.

Msbeepbeep,

Yep we're pretty fortunate to have parks pretty much the entire south side length of Lachine along the lake.

Hi. I'm a new member as of today and I was wondering if there is a place on here that tells what certain terminology means. For example: "clad"

Not really but your welcome to ask here, "clad" is the term used for coins that are not silver or gold...
