The whole thing is off limits....except to the "burners". Money talks and bull s**t walks. The BLM makes a TON of money off of the pagan festival!!

Yeah, and the BLM has most of the rocks of the valley walls, off limits too - WILDERNESS - you have to explore on foot, which I think that is a good idea.
Besides, this lonely country deserves respect..., its sure a neat playground, huh?
