not sure but don't think so, it is small. When I first spotted it I walked by it a couple times thinking it was a stick. Whatever they were smoking in it, it was only a few puffs worth at a time.

LOL,,maybe a few puffs is all that was needed back in the day! It`s a cool one hitter anyway :laughing9: I do not partake,,,,,anymore, but I think they did, thats where visions and prophecies came from.

Very nice...and yes very hard to come by in New England...I wonder if the steatite originated from the RI quarries?

I've been a collector for 40+ years now, as I'm in my mid 50's and I still get an adrenaline rush when I find something, pondering how many thousands of years its been since another human made and used the artifact! I have much more and will post in the coming weeks.
