This is a pretty acanthite specimen. It has not been polished and is not wet in the photos. It comes out of the Seward Highway corridor that runs south out of Anchorage down to Seward. This piece has had lots sulfide removed.
I have not had the option to address how much gold is present in the specimen, but low average for Silver globally is 2 - 5% gold. The piece does have the grey look of electrum, but also acanthite is opaque and contributes to this as well.

Acanthite is 87% silver by weight. I will be happy to provide any eductional resources requested by any potential buyer. Also payment terms will be no Paypal. Most anything else is acceptable. I guarantee the specimen to be as described and I will allow for 21 days in my refund policy.
It ships from Alaska, shipping will be free and I will ship overnight with shipping delivery confirmation, so there will be no uncertainty over transit issues.

I have more excellent specimens that are cheaper, I am open to deals with refiners on a trial basis to start. I can crush and remove sulfides and other nasties on my end, but this material is quite clean compared to other ores I've encountered.
Also this is a lode nugget, not a placer nugget. The only difference being that the lode nuggets are jagged instead of rounded by continuous water action.
