Is the camera set to a grey sepiatone? It looks like a flash back style but could easily be costume jewelry from any period. If the diamonds were real I suspect it would be worth a minimum of about 4K.

I like the design but it's best to get it tested. A jeweler can tell quickly under magnification. We can only speculate without a magnified look which are hard to get without an expensive camera.

Yea...but don't let them walk off out of site with the ring. And take it to more than one jeweler that you choose, not any that they suggest. You may have a gemologist nearby as well. Or buy a diamond tester for a few bucks then you won't have to wander around wondering who to trust.

It’s a beautiful ring and a nice old looking setting. If the band is marked “sterling” or “925”, which is silver, the diamonds aren’t likely to be real. If the band is marked 14k or 18k, then there is a bigger chance the stones are real. But sometimes bands have no marks because the markings have worn off, so it could still be real gold and real diamonds. Best, as other have suggested to have it tested.
