My brother Larry Cissna wrote.Tomorrow night 9pm on Discovery, our show Rebel Gold picks up where it left off. All Im gunna say is, I was RIGHT and WRONG! lol You cant make this stuff up! I will do a follow up on this after the show :) I have been dign for many years, and when I find something I have never found before, even a different variety, its kinda special :) Too bad we didnt get to keep some of the stuff we found. I would like to have had a few pieces 👍👍. Tonight 10 pm eastern on Discovery. If you enjoyed last week, you're going to like tonight's episode!

This is one of the better treasure hunting shows.
I am curious on why hey skipped Marshall's Whitehall Plantation in Abbeville, SC where the wagons carried the CSA treasury before taking it to Washington, Ga. It was at Abbeville that he decision to escape through Florida was made, which Benjamin,Breckinridge, and Wood did.
Davis's baggage train was on its way to Yulee's Cottonwood Plantation in Archer,Florida, escorted there by his brother-in-laws, where two chests were buried.
At least one keg of the Mexican silver dollars made it to Florida, Lola Sanchez, CSA spy from Palatka was given 500 of them by either Benjamin or Breckinridge, what remained in the keg was buried at CSA Fort Brook, where Orange Creek meets the Oklawaha River.
The Marshall's also had a plantation on the Oklawaha that provided supplies for the Confederacy.

Thanks but we only had 4 episodes and they had to cram a lot of stuff into each one.We were disappointed they left out us finding some cool relics in the slave quarters in Danville. Why don't ask me .Seems like they went with the we're pissed off with each other angle for tv .Seems like they made it geared for non relic hunters vs relic hunters. We understand that I guess as the relic hunting audience is a small minority vs who they want to reach which is the average person. We've gotten good reviews from people like diggers but especially average people.Ive heard comments like too many commercials , since it's keeping people on the edge of their seats lol. Oh well glad you enjoyed it.If we get more there's all sorts of leads to follow.I'll keep your ideas in mind.

I have detailed this information in the Treasure Legends section:
CSA Treasure(s) Treasury...?
and in the KGC section:
Florida KGC legends
For some reason the War of Northern Aggression in Florida is often neglected, or given a paragraph at best.

IMO Last night as a Snooze Fest :( I am very disappointed :(
the First episode was much better.

Now that I am reading your Post & your Comment
We were disappointed they left out us finding some cool relics in the slave quarters in Danville.

Time to look for different Editors I guess :(

Let's hope they step things up on the next 2 Episodes.

What's the best thing they've found on this show? Also is it on Youtube anywhere?
