another good site is www.historicaerials.com just click on PA and then in the search box type in the town you want to view, below the search box in the "overlay" box click on "all roads", in the "compare" box click on "slide", this will make a slide bar pop up. on the left side of the map click on the oldest date (normally sometime in the 40's depending on area) on the right side of the map click on the most recent date (normally 2008) now just move the slide bar left or right to overlay the two aerial shots, you can also drag the map and zoom.

That is a great site. Fun to just play around with, too.
