Folks- here's a great resource for identifications, information, resources, and all-out great read- it's the pdf files for the thesis papers from Texas A & M. Amazing, for example, Custer_MA2004 is all on the identification, uses, and cataloging of hand tools found at Port Royal. There's several on cannons, bottles and china, and most everything else you can think of. I think you'll all enjoy it- especially since many of the topics focus around the Gulf region. I've tried to find other Underwater Archeology programs that may do this as well, but no luck so far- maybe you guys can help. Have fun!
